    This is great if you’re in Brooklyn, NY and are interested in working together. I offer private and semi-private training, and one-off form-check sessions.

  • Online training

    This is a good option for those outside of the Brooklyn area or who are unable to come to our facility. I offer online form-check sessions and coaching calls for online programming clients.
